Windsor Great Park gift e-vouchers can only be redeemed at:
- The Windsor Great Park website, www.windsorgreatpark.co.uk
- The Savill Garden & Adventure Play Visitor Centre and Virginia Water Gift Shop
Windsor Great Park gift e-vouchers can only be exchanged for:
- Membership either new or, if you would like to gift an existing Member, vouchers can also be used to renew membership
- Adventure Play tickets
- The Savill Garden tickets
- All retail items from The Savill Garden Gift Shop & Plant Centre, Adventure Play and Virginia Water Gift Shops
- Afternoon Tea at The Savill Garden Kitchen when the voucher is redeemed online
Windsor Great Park gift e-vouchers cannot be used for any catering unless specified or for car parking.
How to redeem your Windsor Great Park gift e-voucher:
- To redeem online enter the fourteen (14) digit barcode at the checkout
- To redeem in-store present your voucher either on your smartphone or printed
- Vouchers can be used across multiple transactions
- Windsor Great Park gift e-vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. The expiry date is printed on the gift e-voucher
- Expired, unused or partially used vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed
- The Crown Estate reserve the right to refuse damaged vouchers

The Savill Garden
The Savill Garden is a 35-acre haven of gardens, woodland and seasonal displays. Commissioned by George V in 1932, this evolving landscape has delighted nature lovers for over 90 years.
