Ticketing
If you have any questions about tickets you’ve booked for an attraction or event at Windsor Great Park, please check your booking confirmation first. Some events are organised by third-party providers who are best placed to help with your enquiry.
If your booking is for Adventure Play or The Savill Garden, you can now amend your tickets online using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Catering prior to visit
All food and drink across the Windsor Estate kitchens is prepared in shared spaces. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen cross-contamination.

Filming – commercial
Spanning approximately 6,400 hectares (15,800 acres) of diverse and picturesque landscapes, Windsor Great Park and Forest has established itself as a sought-after destination for commercial filming and photography, thanks to its welcoming approach to production. Filming – non-commercial
Film and media students are welcome to apply for permission to film within Windsor Great Park. While we do not charge a location fee, students are required to follow a process similar to that of commercial film crews.

Fishing session booking (Members only)
Members of the Windsor Great Park carp fishing syndicate must notify us of their fishing session prior to arrival using the form below.
The Windsor Estate is held in much affection by many and, as such, we receive a significant number of requests for the placement of memorial benches, trees and plaques for loved ones.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate all the requests. Therefore, to be fair to everyone, we have taken the decision to stop any future memorials and donations of items for placement on the Estate.
The Windsor Estate does however permit the scattering of ashes within Windsor Great Park. More information about this can be viewed here before you submit your request,
Photography – commercial
Windsor Great Park offers vibrant scenery and rich biodiversity, perfect for capturing stunning landscapes and detailed close-up nature photography.
If you intend to carry out a photo shoot for commercial purposes, a licence must be obtained in advance using the form below.
Photography – non-commercial
The Windsor Estate offers a great choice of natural landscapes, including lakes and formal gardens that are perfect for non-commercial photo shoots. If you wish to conduct a photo shoot for your own personal use, you will need permission to do so. Find out more here before you submit your request.
