When collecting your pre-booked carer ticket or when purchasing one for the day, you will need to present one of the listed supporting documents for the disabled visitor at The Savill Garden Visitor Centre:

  • A valid Access Card - information on how to get an Access Card
  • A valid photocopy or photo of a Blue Badge with the expiry date clearly visible. The original Blue Badge should remain in your vehicle - information about a Blue Badge and how to apply
  • Proof of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • A letter of award for Attendance Allowance
  • An Incapacity Benefit book or letter confirming that the recipient has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • A BD8 or Certificate of Visual Impairment

If you are not able to present any of the supporting documents, the carer will be charged for a full price adult ticket.

Parallel Windsor

Parallel Windsor is a Festival of Inclusivity with Challenge Events for all ages, health conditions & abilities. Held in the grounds of the majestic Windsor Great Park & staged on the iconic Long Walk.

Challenge events

Walk, push or run – there are no cut off times. ‘Start Together, Finish Whenever’. Everybody who starts gets a medal, t-shirt & goody bag.

Choose from: 100m, 1K, 5K, 10K or the SuperSensory 1K. Parallel’s innovative SuperSensory 1K supports neurodiversity and participants with profound and multiple learning disabilities to exercise their senses over a series of challenges such as engaging with sound, taste, touch, and smell.

There is also the option to purchase a Virtual Entry ticket. All Virtual entries receive a medal & t-shirt.

Festival of inclusivity

This fully accessible event offers a huge range of activities & entertainment: Music, Arts & Play, Community & Lifestyle, Storytelling, Mind Sports, Cookery, Wellbeing & Mindfulness, Family Entertainment, Travel & Leisure.

The Active Lifestyle & Inclusive Sport area offers adaptive sports to try out including: netball, football, rugby, laser tag & much more. Plus, delicious world foods, coffee, & picnic area.
