A progressive independent commercial business, created by Act of Parliament. Our portfolio includes the whole of Regent Street and much of St James’s in London’s West End, prime regional shopping centres, Windsor Great Park, rural land and coastline, and the UK’s seabed.
From tasty bacon rolls to exquisite home-baked pastries - you’ll find a variety of eating options throughout Windsor Great Park, to suit every taste and visit.
The Savill Garden Kitchen
The Savill Garden Kitchen boasts floor to ceiling windows where you can sit with a refreshing drink whilst gazing out at expansive Garden. Take a break on the outdoor terrace with a fairly-traded Benugo coffee, loose leaf tea or soft drink. Those feeling peckish can choose from an array of scrumptious cakes and pastries, handmade bloomers and wraps or delectable hot meals.
The wood-fired pizza ovens serve up a variety of pizzas using homemade dough including roasted tomato, mozzarella and oregano and pulled fire-roasted ham, caramelised white onion, pea broad bean and mint. You can also expect some great British classics such as beer battered fish and chips with minted peas and pork and herb sausages, wholegrain mustard mash and caramelised onion gravy. Fresh seasonal salads provide healthy options and for some self indulgence, treat yourself to the dessert menu including Eton Mess, bread and butter pudding, and banana splits.
We have a covered area away from the main restaurant for dog walkers who would like to enjoy a coffee or tea and a cake, overlooking the Garden.
This autumn, there are plenty of tasty treats on offer in The Savill Garden Kitchen for those feeling peckish. Indulge in our Harvest Specials including pumpkin muffins and cakes, as well as hearty autumn lunches including wood fired lamb shoulder with roasted root vegetable stew and pumpkin and ricotta stuffed gnocchi.

The Savill Garden Kitchen welcomes groups to enjoy our award-winning ‘dining experience with a view’. We offer an array of group catering menus that provide group organisers with flexible catering options to suit the taste and preferences of all members of your party. Groups can indulge in a Savill Afternoon Tea, Great British Afternoon Tea or Gardener's Lunch with the chance to raise your gardening questions with one of our expert gardening team.
Read our Group Visits page for more information about bringing your group to The Savill Garden.
Here you can enjoy hot dogs with delicious Royal Farms sausages, tasty bacon sandwiches, burgers, pastries, ice creams and selection of snacks - all washed down with a cup rich Italian coffee. The kiosk, run by Casa Caffé, provides the perfect opportunity for a convenient pit-stop during your day out.
Enjoy your food on the timber decking outside the Pavilion while looking out across the lake, or take advantage of the glazed seating area within the Pavilion. This provides a welcome shelter to eat your food if the weather turns inclement, but with equally impressive views. Picnic tables are also available outside, and toilets with baby changing facilities can be found in the Pavilion.
Refreshments on the move
Pick up a coffee, tea, soft drink or bottled water on your way around Windsor Great Park from one of the mobile catering kiosks. You will find one located on Obelisk Lawn, just a short walk from the Savill Garden car park. We also have these kiosks at selected seasonal locations near Virginia Water and in The Valley Gardens.
When the weather heats up, treat yourself to an ice cream from one of these kiosks, or from one of our seasonal ice cream units, which are often located by the Totem Pole at Virginia Water or by Blacknest Gate. Our Interactive Map will help you to track down that well-earned cup or tea or coffee, or the nearest gelato!
There’s nothing quite like the British pastime of setting up a picnic on a soft green lawn under a big blue sky, and enjoying lunch in the open air. Windsor Great Park has many picnic areas, offering you spectacular views no matter where you decide to unpack your basket.
To find out more about picnicking at Windsor Great Park, please read our Picnicking page. And for more information about recommended picnic areas, view our Interactive Map.
