Illustrating the Autumn Garden
Join this 3½ hour workshop and capture the blaze of autumn foliage in The Savill Garden with local artist Annabel Hocking.
Begin by visiting the Garden where you will come across a range of autumnal forms to photograph as inspiration for your art.
Then meet back in The Studio, a private space beside Adventure Play, where Annabel will guide you in turning your photography into ink and watercolour art.
Annabel will help you explore your creativity and explain more about how to mix a harmonious palette with acrylic paint and oil pastels.

Important information
- Entry into The Savill Garden is for the duration of the Illustrating the Autumn Garden event only. Those wishing to visit The Savill Garden after the event will be required to purchase a ticket from the Ticket Desk
- Toilet facilities are located in The Savill Garden Visitor Centre
- Food and drink are not permitted in any part of The Savill Garden
- Do not pick any flowers or plants, and please keep to the footpaths when visiting The Savill Garden
- This event will involve some walking and photography in The Savill Garden. Please dress for the weather. Refunds will not be given if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather
- Assistance dogs only are welcome at this event
