Windsor Great Park launches ‘Summer Moments’ photography competition
- Prize includes photography workshop and inclusion in 2019 Windsor Great Park calendar -
To celebrate the arrival of summer and the special moments that come with it, Windsor Great Park has launched a photography competition for all budding photographers visiting the Park throughout the summer months.
Whether a fan of close up blooms, panoramic landscapes, enchanting displays or wildlife moving through their natural habitat, Windsor Great Park wants to see it through your lens.
By entering, photographers will be in with a chance to be selected as one of three lucky winners, receiving a one hour photography workshop with professional photographer Gill Aspel in Windsor Great Park, as well as featuring in the official 2019 Windsor Great Park calendar.
To enter, photos must be taken outdoors in the public areas of Windsor Great Park including The Savill Garden must be in landscape format and should be sent via email to email@example.com before the 30 September 2017.
Paul Sedgwick, Deputy Ranger, of Windsor Great Park, said: “This competition is the perfect opportunity for anyone with a camera or smart phone to show off their shots of the Park this summer. With thousands of acres to explore, we’re hoping that our competition entries will show some of the areas, planting and wildlife in a brand new light. There is nothing quite like viewing what you know well through the eyes – or lens – of someone else. I can’t wait to see the entries start rolling in.”
