Children’s storytelling – Maya & Marley and the Great Big Tidy Up – sold out
Join Laura Henry-Allain MBE, the creator of the well-loved, award-winning, JoJo and Gran Gran global series, developed and produced by CBeebies, for a storytelling session of her new book, Maya and Marley, The Great Big Tidy Up.
Running inside the indoor Studio beside Adventure Play, gather round to hear about siblings Maya and Marley who live in their very own playground with Mum, Dad and pet goats Lou and Chou! But when the playground becomes overrun with litter, it’s up to Maya and Marley to plan a tidy up! Will they be able to clear it all away by themselves?
Laura will then be reading a JoJo and Gran Gran book, followed by a practical activity. There will then be time for children and adults to ask Laura questions and to purchase a signed copy of Maya and Marley, The Great Big Tidy Up.
Important information
- Entry to Adventure Play is not included with this event. Adventure Play tickets can be purchased here
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Adults cannot enter without a child
- Catering and toilet facilities are located in The Savill Garden Visitor Centre. There is no access to the Adventure Play Café and toilets
- We recommend you bring your own drinks and snacks for children. Alternatively, you can purchase takeaway drinks from the Potting Shed, or pre-book for a meal in The Savill Garden Kitchen around your session
- Car parking is not included with this event. Car parking prices can be found here
