A progressive independent commercial business, created by Act of Parliament. Our portfolio includes the whole of Regent Street and much of St James’s in London’s West End, prime regional shopping centres, Windsor Great Park, rural land and coastline, and the UK’s seabed.
This enhanced Membership option also includes a range of activities organised by the Friends Committee - such as lectures, walks, day trips, coffee mornings and buffets.
Friends of The Savill Garden generally have a more serious interest in and appreciation of fine horticulture, and will enjoy the varied programme of events which are organised by the Friends Committee. But of course you don't need to be an avid horticulturist - many people join simply because they have a deep affection for both The Savill Garden and The Valley Gardens, coupled with enjoying the social aspects of being a Friend.
When you become a Friend of The Savill Garden, you can enjoy all the benefits of being a Member, plus advance booking for certain events. You will also receive invitations to garden visits and outings*, organised Spring and Autumn walks, our Summer walk and buffet, and our Wellie Walks in Winter!
Some of the upcoming events which have been arranged for the Friends of The Savill Garden are as follows:
Thursday 18 January - Winter Wellie Walk
